We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation policies as clear and fair as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking with us.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount of the fee depends on the travel service, supplier, and timing of the cancellation. We will provide you with the cancellation policy applicable to your booking before you make a purchase. In general, cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made after that time may be subject to fees or non-refundable.

In general, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and may be subject to processing fees or other restrictions. In some cases, refunds may be issued as a credit toward future bookings instead of a cash refund.

Exceptions to the Policy

There may be exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events outside of our control. In these cases, we will work with you and our suppliers to find a fair solution.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. We offer travel insurance through our partners, and you may purchase insurance at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to fees and availability, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. We reserve the right to refuse any changes to a booking.

15 days to 29 days before arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
07 days to 14 days before arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours No Refund will be claimed.
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari Are Non Refundable - In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas, New Year, Republic day & any occasions) hotel bookings; separate cancellation policy is applicable.

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case there are any changes in permit fees of safaris/ taxes, fuel cost or guide fees decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra from guests.
